Maria Kitsios, LMT

Maria Kitsios is a New York licensed massage therapist, Reiki master, and certified yoga instructor. Before dedicating her life to these healing modalities, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science. Through many years of meditation, physical fitness, massage and energy work, she has discovered several truths about the mind/body/spirit connection on the deepest levels.
She created a series of seven poetry books. Each book is composed of poems related to one specific chakra.
